We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund.
If that’s case please consider carefully all the steps in order to give us the possibility to correctly process your refund using the same method you used to pay.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the item you would like to return. We will process your request and provide further instructions for your return as soon as possible.
Once you have received your order you have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Please be assured that the shoes are unworn and in their original boxes.
TANK Steiger reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements, in that case it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
The refund will cover the full buying price of the merchandise (Shoe or bag).
Customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item, and this shipping costs are not refundable by TANK Steiger.
We advise returning your item to us using a traceable method, as TANK Steiger cannot accept responsibility for any lost items.
Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside European Union only):
For International orders, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through TANK Steiger, as well as return shipping costs.
Please consider that if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, TANK Steiger will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by TANK Steiger.
Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
In case of other costs associated with returning the item, they are also customer’s responsibility. We do not accept, nor do we cover, possible VAT or customs charges on your return, which will cause a re-direction of the return package in case they are not accepted by the sender.

CHANGE OF SIZE
We are happy to inform you that a change of shoe size is possible. If you would like to make an exchange for another size, you will therefore need to make a return and place a new order.
