Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
Tanksteiger.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Once you have received your order you have 10 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Please be assured that the shoes are unworn and in their original boxes.
TANK Steiger reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
For International orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through TANK Steiger. If an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, TANK Steiger will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by TANK Steiger.
Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order.
Please send an email to contact@tanksteiger.com indicating your order number and the item you would like to return. We will process your request and provide further instructions for your return as soon as possible.
Customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If outside of the EU please do not declare your TANK Steiger shoe’s purchase value but label it as a return with no commercial value.
Please also note that we advise returning your item to us using a traceable method, as TANK Steiger cannot accept responsibility for any lost items.
We do not accept, nor do we cover, VAT or customs charges on your return, which will cause a re-direction of the return package to the sender. Unfortunately, the cost associated with returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
